I'm responsible for identifying, attracting, & helping onboard new members within our geographic reach. My role involves building & maintaining relationships, assessing potential member's needs, and helping turn potential agents into successful members. As a recruiter I also collaborate with agents to understand staffing needs, I attend networking events within the communities we serve & use various platforms to connect with agencies daily. My goal is to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified members to meet the TAG standard.
